• Project architect

  · Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture (5-year architectural education)

  · At least 3 years of practical architectural experience

  · Possess strong design capabilities and technical knowledge, as well as a keen sense of architectural details

  · Demonstrate excellent professional ethics and responsibility, with the ability to work independently and in a team

  · Have team management skills and experience, be able to plan work progress, and ensure work is carried out efficient

  · Proficient in both Chinese and English

  · Candidates who have participated in the entire process of actual engineering projects will be given priority consideration

• Architect

  · Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture (5-year architectural education)

  · Excellent design ability, initiative in learning and teamwork spirit

  · Proficient in using relevant software

  · Good professional attitude and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

  · Bilingual in Chinese and English is preferred

• Landscape designer

  ·  Landscape architecture or related field background, bachelor's degree or above

  · Over 5 years of experience in landscape design in design institutes

  · Possess experience in both the construction and greening aspects of landscape projects, familiar with the construction process of landscape projects

  · Proficient in using design software

  · Detail-oriented and hardworking, able to handle certain work pressure

  · Bilingual in Chinese and English is preferred

• Interior architect

  · Bachelor's degree or above in Interior Design, Environmental Art Design or Architecture
  · At least 3 years of practical experience in interior or architectural design, including experience in interior construction drawing design and on-site coordination
  · Proficient in the comprehensive technical capabilities including the characteristics of building materials, detailed construction techniques, interior standards, and soft furnishing selection
  · Possess strong design ability and good aesthetic sense, as well as sensitivity and control over construction details
  · Proficient in using relevant software
  · Have professional ethics and a sense of responsibility, as well as the ability to work independently and a strong sense of teamwork
  · Bilingual in Chinese and English is preferred

• Architectural intern

  · Major in Architecture, with an internship period of no less than 3 months

  · Possess excellent design and research capabilities

  · Proficient in using relevant software and have strong manual model-making skills

  · Bilingual candidates are preferred
