The project site is located in the core area of Zhongshanpu Ancient Town in Henan Province. The land seizes the opportunity of the city's eastward expansion and, with the support of projects such as urban renewal and shantytown renovation, introduces cultural and tourism resources to create a tourism destination and distribution center integrating leisure, entertainment, and cultural experiences, with Zhongshanpu Ancient Town at its core.

The newly-built Earth Hill Art Center, which houses an art gallery, a theater, exhibition halls, and commercial spaces, differs from the traditional gateways of scenic spots and resorts. It serves as a gathering place for artists and art events, and is the key first impression of art empowerment for the town.

The Earth Ring Auditorium, as the spiritual building of the entire park, allows visitors to connect and find solace for their emotions and spirits in this place. It is also the core venue for important events such as outdoor garden parties and weddings for young people.
