As a landmark environmental technology enterprise in Xinyang, Boer New Materials Co., Ltd. has been provided with a demonstration park that integrates ecological concepts with modern industrialization. The park not only serves as a production base but also undertakes multiple functions such as future technological innovation and R&D, international and domestic market expansion, comprehensive display, and environmental education and research.The design of the park not only incorporates the concepts of openness, interconnection, and sharing into the physical space but also integrates them into the entire industrial development ecosystem of the park. With the core concept of the ecological ring, it connects garden-style offices, future center exhibition halls, factory tours, and other functions to create a complete ecological experience loop.

Architectural form: Industrial buildings must first meet functional requirements, with simple and elegant exteriors that exude a sense of technology. The external forms of each building group are connected and coordinated in an orderly manner, and a unified form is used to shape an overall and distinctive public activity space. At the same time, it also takes into account the land floor area ratio and urban spatial characteristics.The facade form of the factory is a true reflection of space, structure, and function. The design presents functional elements such as process pipelines, traffic spaces, and production spaces with different strategies, showcasing the authenticity and industrial beauty of the building.

The comprehensive service center, as the core office space of the enterprise, has a refined exterior skin composed of aluminum panels and glass curtain walls. The curtain wall units are processed in the factory and assembled on-site, with high precision. The curtain wall units not only provide lighting and viewing but also have ventilation effects, creating a bright and open indoor view. Combined with different courtyards and roof platforms, the boundaries between the interior and exterior of the building are blurred, creating a landscape view that is different from ordinary industrial buildings and providing rich spaces for communication and sharing.

The Boer Future Center is the spiritual space of the entire enterprise. The building adopts a spiral ascending circular structure, with the overall roof truss supported by four shear walls and the ground lifted by steel cables, forming a visually striking large-span structure. The interior is transparent without support structures, exuding a strong sense of the future.
