The project is located in Shizi Town, Langxi County, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, along the development axis of Nanjing and Hangzhou. It enjoys obvious geographical advantages and great development potential. It has been awarded the title of "Hometown of Chinese Green Tea" by the Ministry of Agriculture of China. The design site is rich in ecological resources, such as farmland, forest land, tea fields and ponds. The scheme combines nature and architecture through form, materials, architectural space and details.

The plan takes the traditional Anhui rural settlement pattern of "village, courtyard, hall, patio, corridor and alley" as its form, reorganizes and integrates the urban and rural textures, and deduces a natural texture of rural homestay that can be well integrated into the environment, forming a courtyard layout of "field - water - forest - house", to create a deep experience destination for natural ecological vacation in Xuanchou.

The design accurately positions itself at the planning level, not only rationally arranging the current business model but also screening potential customers for long-term commercial real estate, implanting popular IP venues, operating community circles, breaking through the "urban wall", and ultimately creating a tea field town that integrates family, sports, leisure and vacation, and nature education.
